We never use it for newsletters or unrelated sales outreach. We keep personal information only as long as needed for these purposes and delete it promptly afterwards.

To run this site and receive inquiries, we use the external services below. Where we entrust them with handling personal information, we limit it to what is necessary and supervise them to make sure it is handled properly.

1. Organizational and personnel measures　The representative is responsible for handling personal information. Anyone who helps with our work does so under a confidentiality agreement and only to the extent necessary.
2. Physical measures　We protect devices and documents that contain personal information from theft and loss, and delete or dispose of information we no longer need in a way that cannot be recovered.
3. Technical measures　We limit who can access personal information, encrypt communications (HTTPS), and use measures such as multi-factor authentication and security updates.
4. Understanding the external environment　We use services provided by companies in the United States, and take security measures with an understanding of the relevant system there.

To improve this site, we use Google Analytics, an analytics tool provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view and when you visit. This information does not include anything that identifies you personally, such as your name.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can also stop data collection with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Our contact form also uses a system that checks browser and device information to prevent misuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).

If you would like us to notify you of the purpose of use of your personal information, disclose it, correct, add to, or delete it, stop using or erase it, stop providing it to third parties, or disclose records of provision to third parties, we will confirm your identity and respond without delay in accordance with the law. There is no fee.
