Over 18 years at Google, Yasu ran large-scale business with diverse teams and partners in Japan and abroad — and saw from the inside how a world-class organization makes decisions, develops people, and builds the systems that deliver results.
He doesn't copy that playbook as it is. Every company differs in size, history, and people, so he translates it into the right size, speed, and approach for each one.
